This Agreement governs your use of Doctor Theta Services:

• By staking to a node, utilizing a service and/or registering an account on this website (hereinafter as "Services"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions found on this page.
• If you do not agree with the terms and conditions in this Agreement you may not use the Services.
• Doctor Theta staff may modify this Agreement and any policies affecting the Site at any point of time. Such modification is effective immediately upon posting to the website and distribution via email. Your continued use of the Services following any modification to this Agreement shall be deemed an acceptance of all modifications.
• Rewards received by stakers are in accordance with the Theta Network Protocol distribution model. More details on this may be found here.
• Guardian Nodes operate on a 0% fee until March 31st 2021 and 2% thereafter. Elite Edge Nodes operate on a 2.9% fee (That equals 0.29 TFuel for every 10 TFuel earned).
• Fees may change at any time however reasonable notice will be provided before doing so. Any fee change will be communicated on the home page.
• Doctor Theta staff will NEVER ask for your keys, mnemonic, or password. Doctor Theta and it's operators are not responsible for any loss of tokens. It's your responsibility to maintain security over your wallet, never provide your keys to anyone.
• While 100% uptime is the core principle at Doctor Theta; nodes, pools, services and/or website is not guaranteed. Maintenance and downtime may be required from time to time.
• You may sign-up here to receive maintenance notifications and updates via email.
• Only you are capable of managing your stake. Guides for staking/unstaking both Theta and TFuel are provided in the getting started section.
• Botnets are not welcome. Accounts connected from different IPs may be suspended without prior notice. If we are uncertian then an investigation will be opened and the user will be notified via their configured e-mail address. If we do not receive a response your account may be suspended.
• Multiple accounts controlled by one person may be considered as a botnet and an investigation will be opened, see above.
• By utilizing our services you agree to our Privacy Policy.
